Carrying on its policy of development, after the takeover in the year 2000 of the cylinders division of Shell Gas Italia, the company Butan Gas S.p.A. has signed the contract on October 6th, 2006 with “api” anonima petroli italiana S.p.A., for the buy-out of the cylinders division of this company.
Through this operation, Butan Gas S.p.A. increases and consolidates its presence in Italy in the cylinders lpg distribution too.
